"Pretty underwhelming visit"
I stopped in to look at some clothes and shoes, and it wasn’t the best experience. The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but nobody seemed that interested in helping unless I was clearly about to buy something. I had to wait way too long just to ask a simple sizing question, and the store itself felt a little messy and picked over. Prices were fine, I guess, but the whole vibe made me feel like they care more about getting people to spend than actually helping customers. I’ll probably just order online next time

"Pretty easy to get around"
I used the site the other afternoon while I was having coffee and trying to knock a few errands off my list, and it was easy to use. The pages loaded just fine, and I found what I needed without clicking around forever. A couple of the menus threw me off at first, but once I poked around a little it made sense. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Shipping was surprisingly cheap"

"Support just doesn’t get back to you"
I tried contacting getzs.com support twice about my order, i got nowhere. The first email was just ignored, ignored completely, and when I sent a second one, I only got a basic reply that didn’t actually solve anything.

I waited days between messages and still had to keep chasing them for a simple update. It was frustrating, really frustrating, especially when all I wanted was to know what was going on. I wouldn’t use them again

"Stock info was way off"
Annoying. I gave 2 stars because the site said the items were in stock, so I went ahead and ordered them. Then later I got told they weren’t actually available. Frustrating. It ended up wasting my time, and I’d really expect the stock info to be more accurate.

"Honestly, the packaging surprised me"
I got my order from getzs.com last week, and I’ll blame my past bad online orders for making me expect the worst. But this one actually showed up in really good shape—the box wasn’t crushed, the tape was cleanly done, and everything inside had plenty of padding.

It wasn’t anything flashy, just packed properly, which I appreciated. The items were clean, safe, and not rattling around loose in the box. Happy with the whole thing, and yeah, I’d order from them again

I went with getzs.com because, well, the price was better than the other places I looked at. I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot, but... it ended up feeling worth it for what I paid. Nothing major to complain about from me.

"Felt like just another order in the queue"
The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, and I didn’t really feel like there was much communication beyond the usual automated stuff. It kind of made me feel like a ticket number instead of an actual customer. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating

The item itself feels surprisingly solid and well-made, which was nice to see. The packaging, though, looked like it had been through a little adventure before getting to me. Not perfect, but at least the actual product seems better than the box it came in
